Crypto is the cashier at. JacksClub casino, and that makes things quick and easy for Canadian players. You add to your balance using BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX or BNB, and you will see the credit on your account as soon as your transaction receives confirmation on the network. Jack’s casino balances are held in USD, EUR, BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, USDC, BNB, XRP, TRX and ADA, so the Canadian dollar figures on this page are converted at the rate given at the time you confirm. There are no fees for withdrawal, and there is no limit on the amount of BTC you can cashout.

Topping Up Your Balance

Any deposit we accept here is a crypto deposit. No card form, no bank transfer screen, no e-wallet login. Just choose a coin, we conjure an address, you whip it out of your own wallet or exchange account.

The coins we take for deposits:

Minimums sit low on purpose. Around C$14 worth of BTC gets you started, and faster chains like TRX or DOGE let you come in closer to C$7. On the top end there is no hard ceiling, so a C$20,000 move is handled the same way a C$50 one is. We don’t add a deposit fee at our end. What you do pay is the network fee charged by the blockchain itself, and that is why LTC, TRX and DOGE are the practical picks when gas on Ethereum spikes.

Many Canadians buy their crypto first through a local exchange, funded via Interac e-Transfer or a Canadian bank account, then send it to us. That path is normal throughout Canada and works very well. Just be sure to send from a wallet you control instead of direct from a third party, for the same ownership rule applies when you want to cash out. Deposits are credited immediately upon the network receiving the necessary confirmations, which is usually just a few minutes on most chains.

Sending Your First Payment Step by Step

  1. Log in and bring up the cashier from the top of the page.
  2. Select the coin you are in possession of. If you are unsure, LTC and TRX are relatively cheap to transfer.
  3. Copy the deposit address we display to you, or scan this QR code with your wallet application.
  4. Copy the address into your wallet, insert the amount and ensure the network is correct. The most common mistake we have are USDT on the wrong chain.
  5. Confirmed the send and leave this cashier page opn if you wanna see the update on the status.
  6. Your positions will update as soon as the directions get ‘confirmed.

From beginning to end, it will take about three to five minutes, most of it is simply the chain doing its thing. If you haven’t seen anything within 30 minutes, take a transaction hash out of your wallet and email to [email protected] or start a live chat session once you’re logged in. With a hash we have a direct link to the transfer…we don’t have to guess.

Getting Your Winnings Out

Withdrawals come out the same as they went in. The nine coins used for deposits are available just the same for cashouts, and any JacksClub withdrawal will be leaving your wallet.

Timing ranges from 0 to 72 hours. Most requests clear in a matter of minutes since they pass all automated checks immediately. The longer side of that range occurs either when there is a huge payout that could be a scam, when an account is being verified for the first time, or just because something about the pattern requires a manual review. After we release the funds, everything else is taken care of on the blockchain, and that part is fast on every chain we support.

Bitcoin withdrawal limits never had any, by definition. Send the lot at once in a single transaction, no daily or weekly or monthly maximum. Other crypto are limited only by market liquidity rather than an inflexible rule set, so in some cases spreading out an outsized cashout over two book entries may be a speedier solution. Minimums from around C$28 on the bitccoin itself, sliding down to about C$14 on the lighter chains.

We don’t take a withdrawal charge. Nothing is deducted, no percentage is lost in transit from request to arrived. Withdraws must also be made to the same coin and address/stepwallet as you used in deposit, which is some basic anti-fraud practice and ensures the money trail remains tidy on both ends.

Method Processing time Minimum Withdrawal Limits Bitcoin (BTC) From 0 to 72 hours, the majority of the time is generally within the same day C$28 Unlimited Ethereum (ETH) 0 to 72 hours C$28 No fixed daily cap Litecoin (LTC) 0 to 72 hours C$14 No fixed daily cap Tether (USDT) 0 to 72 hours C$28 No fixed daily cap Bitcoin Cash (BCH) 0 to 72 hours C$14 No fixed daily cap Dogecoin (DOGE) 0 to 72 hours C$14 No fixed daily cap Ripple (XRP) 0 to 72 hours C$14 No fixed daily cap Tron (TRX) 0 to 72 hours C$14 No fixed daily cap Binance Coin (BNB) 0 to 72 hours C$28 No fixed daily cap

Requesting a Payout

  1. Open the cashier then click on the withdrawal tab.
  2. Choose the coin. It must be the same as the one you deposited.
  3. Paste your receiving wallet address and check the first and last four characters against your wallet app.
  4. Enter the amount. The screen shows the C$ equivalent before you commit.
  5. Confirm the request and wait for the status to move from pending to sent.

If we have tagged it as sent, it depends on the chain when it arrives. XRP and TRX usually arrive within a minute. LTC, DOGE and BCH require a couple of minutes. BTC requires its confirmations and usually arrives in your wallet between 10 and 30 minutes. ETH and BNB sit in-between depending on the network traffic. The actual wait time you experience is on our side not in the transfer.

Verification Before Your First Payout

Checks are in place because our license from the Anjouan Gaming Board stipulates that we should be aware as to who’s money is passing through the account and it prevents anyone from emptying your account if they get hold of your login.

Our default request is government-issued ID (like Canadian passport or provincial driver’s licence), proof of address (less than 3 months old), and that the wallet you’re withdrawing to is your own. Not all accounts are asked to provide all three.

Uploads are done in the account settings. Phone picture is ok, if all four corners are visible and the text can be read. Blurred corners are the leading cause of making the document being returned.

Most payouts are completed in under 24 hours. It’s a one time thing for the most part for players and thereafter your payouts are processed without the documentation phase. If anything is missing we email you at the email in file instead of having the request sit idle.

Keeping Your Money and Data Safe

The cashier pages are all encrypted, so even the addresses and amounts you send in are unreadable while in transit. Since all money outs or ins are crypto only, no-one ever sees your Canadian bank numbers or credit card details, (so there’s one set of…

Transactions go to automated fraud monitoring for mismatched wallet addresses, frequent address changes and other patterns inconsistent with the known behavior of a given account. On flags, a person looks at it—part of the reason why some payouts never arrive in a few minutes.

On the responsible gaming front, you have the ability to set deposit limits on your account to restrict how much can go in over a certain time frame, and those limits kick in instantly when decreased. There are refreshment messages, cooling-off intervals and self-exclusion options as well. Canadian players seeking external assistance can contact the ConnexOntario, the Responsible Gambling Council or their provincial helpline 24/7. If at any point you’d like your account to be locked and can’t find the option, send an email to [email protected] and we will do it for you.

Can I also make a deposit with Interac e-Transfer or a Canadian debit card?

Not straight into your account. We only deal in crypto, so nine options are available in the cashier–BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, BCH, DOGE, XRP, TRX and BNB. What a lot of players in Canada do, though, is buy the coin at a Canadian exchange with an Interac e-Transfer, then send it to the deposit address we generate. That’s one additional step at first, and nothing is added once your winnings are paid back out in the same coin.

What is causing my withdrawal to remain pending after several hours?

Pending status is the request is in our hands but hasn’t been released to the blockchain. Our quoted window is between 0 and 72 hours, but most clear much faster. Larger values, first time pay outs, and accounts in verification take longer since they need a human to review. Once we release it, the status will change to sent, then network confirmation time.

Do you take anything off the amount I cash out

No. We don’t have any withdrawal fees so the amount you have asked for is the amount we will send. The blockchain charges a network fee on the transfer which depends on the coin and how busy the chain is at that time. Selecting XRP, TRX or LTC over BTC or ETH tends to keep that cost near zero.

Is there a limit to how much I am allowed to withdraw?

There is a limit on how much can be cashed out in Bitcoin. There’s no daily / weekly / monthly limit and a massive amount of money can be taken out in one go. No other coins seem limited by any fixed limit either but very large amounts (more than, say, C$10k) might move quicker if broken up into a second cash-out. Minimums start at, for example, about C$28 for BTC, ETH, USDT and BNB and about C$14 for the lighter chains.

What will I do if I send a deposit on the wrong network

Get in contact with us immediately with the transaction hash. USDT and BNB are on multiple chains and this is usually the issue. We can’t promise to recover it, it depends on what network it landed on and therefore the best suggestion would be to send a small test amount first if you are using a coin / chain for the first time. [email protected] with the hash and we will let you know what is possible.

Call our customer support team if you need help with billing.

For registered players, the fastest way to get help it is to use the live chat in your account on jacksclub-ca.com, especially when an issue is ongoing. For anything requiring a document attachment or a more detailed answer, email to [email protected]. Please include your transaction hash (or at the very least: coin, amount and date/time of send). Lacking a hash we are flying blind and it turns a five-minute fix into a lengthy discussion.

Is there a maximum I can deposit?

Indeed, deposit limits are within your account parameters, and you set the fund and time goals. A reduction in a limit will take effect immediately. An increase in a limit is delayed, it is by design. Cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are found in the same submenu if a stricter measure is used.
